About Sally
Sally Manders has spent a lifetime at the intersection of witchcraft, herbalism, and traditional magical practice. Raised in a living familial witchcraft tradition, her knowledge is rooted in direct experience rather than books alone — inherited, personal, and deeply grounded in relationship with plants, spirits, and the unseen forces that shape everyday life.
She has been initiated into a traditional witchcraft covenant — not Wicca, but a lineaged practice with its own initiatory structure and body of working knowledge — and brings that foundation into everything she writes.
She holds a Master’s degree in Medical Herbalism, grounding her traditional plant knowledge in rigorous clinical training. Her herbal work spans clinical practice, folk medicine traditions, and the preparation of spagyric medicines — alchemical preparations that work on physical, energetic, and spiritual dimensions simultaneously.
